Restructuring Support Period definition

Restructuring Support Period means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the earlier of (i) the date on which this Agreement is terminated with respect to all Parties and (ii) the Effective Date.

Restructuring Support Period means the date commencing on the date this Agreement becomes effective in accordance with Section 15 hereof and ending on the earlier of (i) the date on which this Agreement is terminated with respect to all Parties, and (ii) the Effective Date.

• The Caesars Parties agree that following any Forbearance Termination Event, the Caesars Parties waive any ability to claim that the Restructuring Support Period gave rise to any purported delay by the Consenting SGN Creditors, or the Trustee, in pursuing any remedies on account of the Forbearance Defaults.

• Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, for the duration of the Restructuring Support Period, the Company and CEC after a CEC Petition Date, as applicable, shall to the extent permitted by the Bankruptcy Court and applicable law, cause the signature pages attached to this Agreement to be redacted to the extent this Agreement is filed on the docket maintained in the Chapter 11 Cases or a CEC Chapter 11 Case, posted on the Company’s or CEC’s website, or otherwise made publicly available.

More Definitions of Restructuring Support Period

Restructuring Support Period means, with reference to any Restructuring Support Party, the period commencing on the Restructuring Support Effective Date (or, in the case of any Consenting Creditor that becomes a party hereto after the Restructuring Support Effective Date, as of the date such Consenting Creditor becomes a party hereto) and ending on the earlier of (i) the Effective Date, and (ii) the date on which this Agreement is terminated with respect to such Restructuring Support Party in accordance with Section 5 hereof.
