Restructuring Plans definition

Restructuring Plans means this Plan and the Safeguard Plan, as each may beamended, modified and supplemented from time to time.
Restructuring Plans means each of the restructuring plans of the Company and its Subsidiaries as announced by the Company on (1) October 29, 2002 in the Company’s press release and earnings conference call relating to its fourth quarter ended September 28, 2002 and year-end results for fiscal 2002, (2) July 10, 2004 in the Company’s press release and earnings call relating to its third quarter ended June 26, 2004, as revised in the Company’s press release and earnings call relating to its first quarter ended January 1, 2005 and (3) in November 2006.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Equity Restructuring means a nonreciprocal transaction between the Company and its stockholders, such as a stock dividend, stock split, spin-off, rights offering or recapitalization through a large, nonrecurring cash dividend, that affects the number or kind of Shares (or other securities of the Company) or the share price of Common Stock (or other securities) and causes a change in the per-share value of the Common Stock underlying outstanding Awards.

  • Restructuring Term Sheet means the term sheet attached as Exhibit A to the Restructuring Support Agreement.

  • Restructuring Support Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.
