Restrictive Period definition

Restrictive Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending two (2) years after the termination of the Executive’s employment hereunder.
Restrictive Period has the meaning set forth in Section 7(c).

Restrictive Period means a period of time commencing upon the Date of Termination and expiring 24 months thereafter.
