Restricted Waste definition

Restricted Waste means restricted waste as defined in Schedule "B" to this bylaw.
Restricted Waste means matter only permitted in the Sewerage System in limited quantities as set out in Appendix B and Appendix C;
Restricted Waste means restricted waste as defined in Schedule “G” of this Bylaw;

Examples of Restricted Waste in a sentence

  • Restricted Waste is subject to the regulations set out in Schedule “D”.

  • Compliance determinations with respect to Prohibited Waste and Restricted Waste will be made on the basis of one instantaneous Grab Sample or Composite Sample.

  • A Person who keeps, stores or transports a Prohibited or Restricted Waste shall do so in a manner that ensures that the Prohibited or Restricted Waste is not Released into the Sewerage System.

  • Restricted Waste with the exception of Restricted Waste found in Dental Amalgam: mercury, silver, copper or zinc.

  • An Owner required to install and maintain a monitoring device pursuant tothis section shall:(a) submit the data produced by the monitoring device to EWSI on a monthly basis; and(b) notify EWSI immediately when the monitoring device detects a Release of a Hazardous, Prohibited or Restricted Waste.


More Definitions of Restricted Waste

Restricted Waste means waste collected through one operating day composite sampling process and determined to contain any one element in concentrations greater than the following:
Restricted Waste means material designated as restricted waste in Schedule B;
Restricted Waste means matter only permitted in the Sewerage System in limited quantities as set out in Appendix B and Appendix C; Terms and Conditions of Drainage Service
Restricted Waste means a Specified Waste, ph Waste, BOD and TSS Waste, Wash Water Waste, Dyes and Colouring Material and Miscellaneous Restricted Waste all as described in Schedule “F” of this Bylaw.
Restricted Waste means waste defined in Schedule "B" of this bylaw.
Restricted Waste means those types of waste listed in Schedule “D”;
Restricted Waste means a Waste set out in Schedule “B” annexed hereto;
