Restricted Subsidiary definition

Restricted Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of the Company that is not an Unrestricted Subsidiary.
Restricted Subsidiary of a Person means any Subsidiary of the referent Person that is not an Unrestricted Subsidiary.
Restricted Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of the Borrower other than an Unrestricted Subsidiary.

Restricted Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of the Company other than an Unrestricted Subsidiary.
