Restricted Stock Unit definition

Restricted Stock Unit means a bookkeeping entry representing an amount equal to the Fair Market Value of one Share, granted pursuant to Section 8. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents an unfunded and unsecured obligation of the Company.
Restricted Stock Unit means an unfunded, unsecured right to receive, on the applicable settlement date, one Share or an amount in cash or other consideration determined by the Administrator to be of equal value as of such settlement date, subject to certain vesting conditions and other restrictions.
Restricted Stock Unit means any unit granted under Section 6(c) of the Plan evidencing the right to receive a Share (or a cash payment equal to the Fair Market Value of a Share) at some future date.

  • Distribution Equivalent Right payments with respect to the Restricted Stock Units will be held by the Company and paid as and when (and only to the extent that) such Restricted Stock Units vest and the underlying shares of Common Stock are issued as set forth in the Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement.

  • Unless and until a Restricted Stock Unit vests, the Awardee will have no right to payment in respect of any such Restricted Stock Unit.

More Definitions of Restricted Stock Unit

Restricted Stock Unit means an unfunded and unsecured promise to deliver shares of Common Stock, cash, other securities or other property, subject to certain restrictions (which may include, without limitation, a requirement that the Participant remain continuously employed or provide continuous services for a specified period of time), granted under Section 9 of the Plan.
Restricted Stock Unit means an Award granted pursuant to Section 8.6.
