Examples of Restricted rights, in a sentence
Customer shall not transfer any Codexis Enzyme to any Third Party (except to a contract manufacturing organization using Codexis Enzyme to manufacture Product solely by or for Customer for sale by or on behalf of Customer in the Territory, in which event Customer shall ensure that such contract manufacturing organization complies with Customer’s obligations under this Section 3.3 (Restricted Rights), Section 3.9 (Use of Codexis Enzymes, Section 8.1(a) (Ownership by Codexis) and Article 6 (CONFIDENTIALITY).
The Software available on the Services and accompanying documentation that is downloaded from this Server for or on behalf of the United States of America, its agencies and/or instrumentalities are provided with Restricted Rights.
The Software is “Commercial Computer Software” as defined in DFARS 252.227- 7014, and to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this Software License, subject to restricted rights as defined in FAR Section 52.227-19 "Commercial Computer Software - Restricted Rights" and/or DFARS 227.7202, "Rights in Commercial Computer Software or Commercial Computer Software Documentation", as applicable, and any successor regulations.
