No waiver or act or omission of the Agent, the Lenders, or any of them, shall extend to or be taken in any manner whatsoever to affect any subsequent Default or breach by a Restricted Party of any provision of any Loan Document or the rights resulting therefrom.
During the term of this Agreement, each Obligor shall perform the following covenants and the Borrowers shall ensure that each other Restricted Party does so as to Sections 7.2.1(c), 7.2.1(d), 7.2.2, 7.2.3, 7.2.4 and 7.2.8.
