Restricted Party means a person that is:

More Definitions of Restricted Party

Restricted Party means collectively, (a) Borrower, Principal, any Guarantor, and any Affiliated Manager and (b) any shareholder, partner, member, non-member manager, any direct or indirect legal or beneficial owner of, Borrower, Principal, any Guarantor, any Affiliated Manager or any non-member manager.

Restricted Party means a person that (i) is listed on any Sanctions List, (ii) is located in or incorporated under the laws of a country or territory that is the target of country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions, (iii) is directly or indirectly owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of, a person referred to in (i) and/or (ii) above or (iv) with whom a subject of a Sanctions Authority would be prohibited or restricted by law from engaging in trade, business or other activities.

Restricted Party means any person who is identified from time to time by any government or legal authority under applicable trade sanctions, export controls, anti-money laundering, non-proliferation, anti-terrorism and similar laws as a person with whom trade or financial dealings and transactions by either Sellers and/or their affiliates are prohibited or restricted
