Examples of Restricted Option in a sentence

  • The Relevant Restricted Shares shall remain Restricted Shares for the purpose of this Scheme until the expiration of the restriction period imposed on the exercised Restricted Option.

Related to Restricted Option

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • Company Stock Option means each option to purchase shares of Company Common Stock outstanding under the Company Stock Plans.

  • Restricted Share Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the recipient of a Restricted Share which contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to such Restricted Shares.
