Restricted Note Legend definition

Restricted Note Legend means a legend substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit B-1.

Restricted Note Legend shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.05(c).

Restricted Note Legend means the restricted legend set forth in Exhibit A hereto.
