Restricted Data definition

Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.

Restricted Data means all data concerning (1) design, manufacture, or utilization of atomic weapons; (2) the production of Special Nuclear Material; or (3) the use of Special Nuclear Material in the production of energy, but shall not Include data declassified or removed from the restricted data category pursuant to Section 142 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 P.L. 83- 703, as amended.

Restricted Data as used in this clause, means all data concerning (1) the design, manufacture, or utilization of atomic weapons; (2) the production of special nuclear material; or (3) the use of special nuclear material in the production of energy, but does not include data declassified or removed from the Restricted Data category pursuant to Section 142 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.

• The Institution agrees to protect the privacy of the individuals who are the subjects of the Restricted Data by withholding their identifying characteristics from all persons not connected with the conduct of the Investigator’s research project.

Restricted Data means a kind of classified information that consists of all data concerning the following, but not including data declassified or removed from the Restricted Data category pursuant to section 142 of the Atomic Energy Act: (i) design, manufacture, or utilization of atomic weapons; (ii) production of special nuclear material; or (iii) use of special nuclear material in the production of energy.

(Aggregated statistical summaries of data and analyses, such as tables and regression statistics, are not considered "derived" for the purposes of this agreement.)
