Restricted Country definition

Restricted Country means a country, territory or jurisdiction outside of the European Economic Area which the EU Commission has not deemed to provide adequate protection in accordance with Article 25(6) of the DP Directive and/ or Article 45(1) of the GDPR (as applicable);
Restricted Country means a country, territory or jurisdiction outside of: (i) the European Economic Area which the EU Commission has not deemed to provide adequate protection in relation to Data Protection Laws and/or ii) the United Kingdom which the UK Secretary of State has not deemed to provide adequate protection in relation to Data Protection Laws;
Restricted Country means a country or territory outside the European Economic Area that is not an Adequate Country.

Restricted Country means mainland China, Russia and any other country where access or usage is restricted by local laws.
