Restricted Certificated Note definition

Restricted Certificated Note means a Certificated Note bearing the Private Placement Legend.

Restricted Certificated Note means a Certificated Note that includes the information called for in footnotes 6 and 7 (and not in footnotes 2, 5 and 8) to the form of 6 3/8% Note, attached to this Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture as Exhibit A, issued under the Indenture.

Restricted Certificated Note means a Certificated Note that bears the Restricted Note Legend.
