Restricted Cash Reclamation Accounts definition

Restricted Cash Reclamation Accounts means a separate interest bearing segregated deposit account for each of the Regulatory Authorities established pursuant to the applicable State Settlement Agreement in which account such Regulatory Authority shall hold a first priority security interest, perfected by "control" under the applicable Uniform Commercial Code.

  • Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Collection Account Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit VI among Originator, Seller, the Agent and a Collection Bank.

  • Unrestricted Cash means all cash and cash equivalents other than restricted cash.

  • Financing Accounts means, collectively, the Credit Account and the Grant Account (or, where the context so requires, either of the Credit Account or the Grant Account).”
