Restricted Awards means restricted stock, stock units, performance units, restricted units, dividend equivalents, distribution equivalents and other equity-based awards, other than stock options, that are granted to a Participant under an Executive Equity Plan.

Examples of Restricted Awards in a sentence

  • With respect to Restricted Awards, the Restricted Period shall commence on the Grant Date and end at the time or times set forth on a schedule established by the Committee in the applicable Award Agreement.

Related to Restricted Awards

  • Restricted Award means any Award granted pursuant to Section 7.2(a).

  • Stock Awards means all stock options, restricted stock and such other awards granted pursuant to the Company’s stock option and equity incentive award plans or agreements and any shares of stock issued upon exercise thereof.

  • Other Stock-Based Awards means Awards granted to a Participant under Section 6(i) hereof.

  • Restricted Stock Plan means the RPM, Inc. 1997 Restricted Stock Plan and any successor plan or arrangement thereto.

  • Performance Units means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of cash, Shares or other securities as established by the Administrator.

  • SARS means the South African Revenue Service.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award means a right to receive shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(b).

  • Restricted Stock Unit means a bookkeeping entry representing an amount equal to the Fair Market Value of one Share, granted pursuant to Section 8. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents an unfunded and unsecured obligation of the Company.
