Restoration Time definition

Restoration Time means the time between an Incident or Service Requestbeing recorded by the Vocus Support Centre, and resolution of the Incident or fulfilment of the Service Request.
Restoration Time means the period of time from the problem occurrence to the time in which the service returns to operational status. This may include temporary problem circumvention / workaround and does not necessarily include root cause removal.
Restoration Time means the standard length of time taken to resolve our Service Problem as per our Service Level Agreement.

  • Restoration Time: Time measured between a trouble ticket being received and accepted by the vendor and restoration of the system(s)/service(s)/functionality (ies) in subject to operation condition.
