Restoration Notice means: a notice served on the Company by GSK requiring that (i) GSK shall cease to be prevented from voting on items identified in limb (2) of the definition of Investor Majority Consent and/or (ii) the GSK Director shall cease to be prevented from voting on the items identified in clause 5.8;

Examples of Restoration Notice in a sentence

  • If (i) Landlord does not deliver a Restoration Notice to Tenant within thirty (30) days after the date of the casualty, or (ii) Tenant delivers a Refusal Notice to Landlord within fifteen (15) days after receipt by Tenant of the Restoration Notice, this Lease shall terminate as of the date of the casualty.

  • The Lessee shall, on the first day of the second month after delivery of the County Restoration Notice commence making annual payments equal to one eighth (1/8th) of the average of the three bids for the Restoration into the Restoration Fund.
