Examples of Restoration Notice in a sentence
If (i) Landlord does not deliver a Restoration Notice to Tenant within thirty (30) days after the date of the casualty, or (ii) Tenant delivers a Refusal Notice to Landlord within fifteen (15) days after receipt by Tenant of the Restoration Notice, this Lease shall terminate as of the date of the casualty.
The Lessee shall, on the first day of the second month after delivery of the County Restoration Notice commence making annual payments equal to one eighth (1/8th) of the average of the three bids for the Restoration into the Restoration Fund.
If the restoration time is estimated to exceed ninety (90) days following the date Landlord issues the Restoration Notice, either Landlord or Tenant may elect to terminate this Lease upon written notice to the other party given no later than thirty (30) days after Landlord’s Restoration Notice.
