Examples of Restitution in a sentence
Restitution will be limited to an amount corresponding to the agreed remuneration excluding VAT or the maximum estimate agreed for the project.
Restitution is billed separately and will not be deducted from the Security Deposit.
Restitution for lost and/or damaged textbooks or related materials and supplies will be required BEFORE a second text or additional materials will be made available to a student.
Restitution of the difference must be paid in full within thirty (30) days of such determination.
Depending on the severity of the situation, and at the discretion of the district, any or all of the following consequences may be pursued: • Suspension and/or revocation of District technology and/or Internet • School suspension and/or expulsion • Civil action and/or prosecution by the authorities • Restitution of damages NOTE: USERS WILL NOT RECEIVE COMPUTER ACCESS UNTIL A COMPUTER USE AGREEMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY THE BUIDLING OFFICE AND BEEN APPROVED.
