Restaurant Location definition

Restaurant Location means, with respect to any Restaurant, the Real Property upon which such Restaurant is located.

  • Franchisee will execute all documents required by BKE in connection with BKE’s entry into the Franchised Restaurant, Location or other premises for purposes of this Agreement and will use its best efforts to procure any consent required from any third party in connection with BKE’s entry into the Franchised Restaurant, Location or other premises.

  • Licensee shall use the Xxxx only on or in connection with restaurant services at the Restaurant Location that conform to the standards of quality currently being used at the Restaurant Location.

  • Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, there is no asset, property, or right of any nature which has not previously or is not now being transferred to Buyer hereunder by Seller or which is being retained by Seller that has been customarily employed, owned, held, or used in connection with the operation of any Restaurant Location.

  • Except for the Purchased Assets used by field personnel referenced in Section 1.1(k) above, all Purchased Assets used in the operation of any Restaurant Location are situated entirely upon the premises of such Restaurant Location.

More Definitions of Restaurant Location

Restaurant Location with respect to each such restaurant shall mean the portion of such Individual Property related to the use and operation of such restaurant, and (b) all such “Restaurant Locations” shall in the aggregate mean such Individual Property.

Related to Restaurant Location

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Restaurants means a business that prepares and serves food and drinks to customers.

  • Designated Location means the agreed physical location identified in the applicable Notification Form at which where the server-based portion of the Application Software resides.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.
