Restatement Effective Date definition

Restatement Effective Date means the date on which the conditions specified in Section 4.01 are satisfied (or waived in accordance with Section 9.02).

Restatement Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Amendment and Restatement Agreement.

• On the Restatement Effective Date, effective immediately following such termination and repayment, the Existing Credit Agreement shall be amended, restated and superseded in its entirety by this Agreement.
