Restated Effective Date definition

Restated Effective Date has the meaning assigned to it in the preamble of this Agreement.

Restated Effective Date means the date on which the Company’s shareholders approved this amendment and restatement of the Plan in accordance with applicable Nasdaq rules.

Restated Effective Date means the date set forth in the Adoption Agreement if this is a restated plan.
