Responsive and Responsible Vendor definition

Responsive and Responsible Vendor means one who complies with the provisions of the bid solicitation, including specifications, contractual terms and conditions, and who can reasonably be expected to provide satisfactory performance on the proposed contract based on reputation, or references, or performance on previous contracts, and adequate financial and other resources.

  • Responsive and Responsible Bidder means an entity or individual that has submitted a bid that conforms in all material respects to the Invitation to Bid and has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance. “Responsive and Responsible Vendor” means an entity or individual that has submitted a proposal, reply, or response that conforms in all material respects to the Request for Proposals, Invitation to Negotiate, or Competitive Solicitation and has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance. In determining whether an entity or individual is a Responsive and Responsible Bidder (or Vendor), the District may consider, in addition to factors described in the Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, Invitation to Negotiate, or Competitive Solicitation, the following:

  • Responsible Vendor means a vendor with adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), who can comply with the delivery requirements, and who is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the goods and/or services herein.

  • Responsible Parties means all Retailers and Customers, including Transmission Load Customers, Distribution Load Customers, DG Customers, MG Customers or agents of the foregoing;

  • Responsible Party means a public or private body or any other person which, alone or in conjunction with others, determines the purpose of and means for processing personal information, as defined in POPI.

  • Responsible Bidder means a Bidder that has the capability in all respects to perform the requirements of the Contract. In determining whether a Bidder is a Responsible Bidder, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Bidder’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Bidder’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Bidder relative to the quality of the goods or services offered by the Bidder and the best interest of the Agency and the State.

  • Additional Form 10-K Disclosure As defined in Section 11.05.
