Responsible Officers definition

Responsible Officers of the Trustee hereunder shall mean any vice president, any assistant vice president, any trust officer, any assistant trust officer or any other officer associated with the corporate trust department of the Trustee customarily performing functions similar to those performed by any of the above designated officers, and also means, with respect to a particular corporate trust matter, any other officer of the Trustee to whom such matter is referred because of such person’s knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject and who shall have direct responsibility for the administration of this Indenture.
Responsible Officers of the Trustee hereunder shall mean any vice president, any assistant vice president, any assistant secretary, any assistant treasurer, any trust officer, any assistant trust officer or any other officer associated with the corporate trust department of the Trustee customarily performing functions similar to those performed by any of the above designated officers and also means, with respect to a particular corporate trust matter, any other officer to whom such matter is referred because of such person’s knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject and, in the case of any such officer, who shall have direct responsibility for the administration of this Indenture.
Responsible Officers means the President, any Vice President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer, legal counsel, or any other executive or financial officer of the Seller, the Collection Agent or the Originator.

Responsible Officers when used with respect to the Trustee shall mean one or more of the following: the chairman of the board of directors, the vice chairman of the board of directors, the chairman of the executive committee, the president, any vice president, the secretary, the treasurer, any trust officer, any assistant trust officer, any second or assistant vice president, any assistant secretary, any assistant treasurer, or any other officer or assistant officer of the Trustee customarily performing functions similar to those performed by the persons who at the time shall be such officers, respectively, or to whom any corporate trust matter is referred because of his or her knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject.
Responsible Officers means, with respect to any Person, any chief financial officer, treasurer or controller of the Person and any other officer of the Person reasonably expected to have knowledge of the matter as to which such officer's knowledge is required;
