Responsible Entity definition

Responsible Entity means Pendal Fund Services Limited ABN 13 161 249 332, AFSL 431426;
Responsible Entity means an individual who is authorized to obligate the business; and
Responsible Entity means: (a) in relation to a managed investment scheme registered under the Corporations Act, the responsible entity of that scheme under that Act; (b) in relation to a trust that is not a registered managed investment scheme, the entity that in ASX’s opinion performs a substantially equivalent role in relation to the trust as the responsible entity performs in relation to a registered managed investment scheme (see Listing Rule 19.12).

  • The Agreement will become effective for them on the date on which the Responsible Entity signs the Agreement and submits their signature page to HUD, through its Office of Environment and Energy, the SHPO and ACHP.

  • If a Responsible Entity is in breach of the Licence Agreement, including by missing a report due date, the Department may suspend or terminate the Licence Agreement (including the Responsible Entity’s and any Affiliate Entities’ licences to use the CTM in relation to particular Items) under clause 12.2.a.i of the Licence Terms and Conditions.

More Definitions of Responsible Entity

Responsible Entity means an entity that is registered for a reliability function in the NERC Compliance Registry and is responsible for complying with any Requirement, or Requirement Part.
Responsible Entity means the Party that, as set forth in the CFR Matrix attached as Appendix 3 to this Agreement, has responsibility for compliance with a particular Requirement or sub-Requirement of an applicable Reliability Standard or for compliance with a particular activity or responsibility associated with that Requirement or sub-Requirement as identified in the “Responsibility Details” column of the CFR Matrix.
