Response Level definition

Response Level means the time scale for an engineer to attend to an emergency call-out being either Priority Response, Standard A Response or Standard B Response. “The Service” means, where appropriate; the installation of equipment; maintenance and / or monitoring of the System; the provision of an emergency help desk facility; the provision of a reactive call out and repair facility; the provision of a remote support and / or maintenance facility. The Service will be delivered in accordance with the service levels specified in the proposal issued to the Customer by the Company and hereinafter described. Any variations to such service levels will be detailed in writing to the Customer by the Company.
