Response Area definition

Response Area means the area or activities defined by law or by the FOSC or SOSC, as applicable, for a particular Spill Events.

Response Area means the area where response activities are occurring or will be occurring as designated and approved by the Incident Commander or Unified Command within the incident action plan.
