Respondent Team Lead means the legal entity or entities that is/are leading the Respondent Team and that will enter into the Operating Agreement as the Operator if the Respondent is successful in the Competitive Selection Process;

  • Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Coordinator means the person designated by Canada to act as the Dispute Resolution Coordinator.
