Respite Fee definition

Respite Fee means the fee paid by a Respite Resident as set out in 16.7.3 / Schedule 1; “Respite Resident” means a resident who intends to stay at the Residence for a Respite Stay in accordance with clause 8.6;
Respite Fee means the fee paid by a Respite Resident as set out in clause 8.6.2/Schedule 1;

Examples of Respite Fee in a sentence

  • In addition to paragraph 4.4 All respite charges, represented by the Weekly Respite Fee for each week of respite provided, are payable in advance and include the items set out in the following Weekly Fee table at paragraph 4.7. Billable Extras are not included in this fee.

  • Respite: Fee is plus $50/night based on the room that will be occupied.

  • In the event You pay a Respite Fee and the total amount paid is greater than the move-in fee for the unit in which You reside, no refund will be given.

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Late Fee If you don’t pay at least the Minimum Payment Due by the Payment Due Date, we will charge you a late fee. o The fee is $27.00 if you were not charged a late fee during any of the prior six billing periods.

  • Termination Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.02(a).

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Origination Fee means any origination fee payable to the Department by the lender with respect to any Trust Student Loan.

  • Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.

  • Management Fee has the meaning given in Section 4.1.

  • Initiation fee means a fee charged by us to you in order to create a credit facility for you;

  • Monitoring Fee means the fees payable to the Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(b) below.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Processing Fee means in relation to a Transaction Summary delivered:

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Dispensing Fee means the amount paid for the professional services provided by the pharmacist for dispensing a prescription. The Dispensing Fee does not include any payment for the drugs being dispensed.

  • Liquidation Fee The fee designated as such in, and payable to the Special Servicer in connection with certain events in respect of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or an Administered REO Property pursuant to, Section 3.11(c).
