Respective Share definition

Respective Share means the percentage share applying to a Party as set out in column 3 of Schedule 2 for the time being and if another person or body shall become a Party for the purpose of this Agreement it is the intention that the Respective Shares of each Party at the time shall be reduced pro rata the share agreed to apply to that person or body on its becoming a Party;
