Resizing Holder definition

Resizing Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 31.

  • If the Lead Securitization Note Holder so requests, the Resizing Holder (and any subsequent holder of such Notes) shall execute a confirmation of the continuing applicability of this Agreement to the New Notes, as so modified.

  • Controlling Holder means, as of any date of determination:
