Residual Payment definition

Residual Payment means any amount received either by the Servicer or the Trustee as a Purchase Option Payment under a Contract or proceeds of the sale of an item of Equipment subject to the lien of the Indenture or rental payments from the re-leasing of an item of Equipment subject to the lien of the Indenture after the final Contract Payment due and payable under the initial terms of the Contract to which such item of Equipment is subject is made.
Residual Payment with respect to an account means the aggregate amount collected with respect to such account, less the sum of (i) the Initial Payment with respect to such account, (ii) the KBK Discounts (as hereinafter defined), (iii) any and all attorneys' fees and other costs of collection.
Residual Payment means the commission payment which is paid by Ameritech over time, and the time period for payment is established by Ameritech based on contract term or other factors relevant to the sale. Ameritech determines the amount and payment schedule in its sole discretion.

More Definitions of Residual Payment

Residual Payment means the RC1 Payments and the RC2 Payments. "Secured Amounts" has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Deed of Charge. "Secured Parties" has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Deed of Charge. "Securities Act" means the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
