Residual Disability definition

Residual Disability means being Partially Disabled during the Elimination Period. Residual Disability will be considered Total Disability; and

  • The Disability Benefit for Residual Disability will be paid when you have a Loss Of Income, and either a Loss Of Duties or a Loss Of Time, due to your Injury or Sickness.

Related to Residual Disability

  • mental disability means one or more mental disorders, as defined in the most recent edition of the American Psychiatric Association's "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders", or a record of or regarding a person as having one or more such disorders;
