Residual Cash definition

Residual Cash means the USD proceeds raised by the sale of the Balance pursuant to paragraph 5.1
Residual Cash means cash remaining in the Account or the trust fund of the Trust (including interest income derived from deposits maintained with licensed banks in Hong Kong) which has not been applied in the purchase or acquisition or subscription of Trust Shares or RSU Shares.
