The Lessor shall, within 10 days following receipt of the completed application and processing fee, advise the Residents of its approval or disapproval of the proposed purchaser(s).
All work shall be performed within the territory of the United States and shall be performed by United States citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents of the United States.
