Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.

Residential Unit means a house, condominium, apartment, or similar dwelling unit that:
Residential Unit means each separate residential dwelling unit which comprises an independent facility capable of conveyance separate from adjacent residential dwelling units.
