Residential Management Expenses definition

Residential Management Expenses means all costs, charges, expenses and outgoings reasonably and necessarily incurred by the Manager in relation to the management and maintenance of the Residential Development as a whole (excluding the Residential Units) and in particular the Residential Common Areas and Facilities.
Residential Management Expenses means all Management Expenses which are attributable to the Residential Common Parts or for the common benefit of Owners, occupiers, licensees or invitees of different Flats (and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such sum as in the Manager’s reasonable opinion is attributable to the use of the Visitors’ and Accessible/Disabled parking spaces by Owners of Flats’ visitors or invitees);

  • The Estimated Residential Management Expenses (including but not limited to the expenditure for the operation, maintenance, repair, cleaning, lighting and security of the Recreational Facilities, the loading and unloading spaces, the bicycle parking spaces and the Visitors’ Parking Spaces) shall be apportioned between all Owners of the Residential Units in proportion to the number of Management Shares held by them.

  • Environmental Management Framework and “EMF” mean the framework of the Borrower for the management of social and environmental aspects of the Project dated April 24, 2007 and disclosed to the public on even date therewith, as may be amended from time to time with the prior approval of the Bank.
