Residential Loading and Unloading Spaces definition

Residential Loading and Unloading Spaces means the spaces provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(21)(a) of the Government Grant for the loading and unloading of goods vehicles in connection with the Residential Accommodation as shown and delineated on the Building Plans, and for the purposes of identification only are shown coloured Green and marked "L/UL1" and "L/UL2” respectively on the Ground Floor plan of the DMC Plans;
Residential Loading and Unloading Spaces means the seven (7) spaces provided within the Estate under Special Condition No.(28)(a)(i) of the Government Grant and in accordance with the Approved Car Park Layout Plans for the loading and unloading of goods vehicles in connection with the Residential Development, which are for identification purpose only shown and coloured yellow and marked Xxx.XX0, XX0, XX0, XX0, XX0, XX0 and LR7 (inclusive) on the Plans, the accuracy of which is certified by or on behalf of the Authorized Person.
Residential Loading and Unloading Spaces means the 6 loading and unloading spaces Nos.2-7 on podium level 1 of the Development the use of which is or will be set aside or reserved for the loading and unloading of motor vehicles in accordance with Special Condition (51)(c)(i) of the Conditions and serving exclusively and forming part of the Residential Common Areas and Facilities;

Residential Loading and Unloading Spaces means all those four spaces provided pursuant to Special Condition No.(49)(a)(i) of the Government Grant situated on the first floor and third floor of the Estate for the loading and unloading of goods vehicles in connection with the Residential Development and for the purpose of identification only are shown and coloured green and marked “T1 L/UL BAY”, “T2 L/UL BAY”, “T3 L/UL BAY” and “T4 L/UL BAY” on the plans annexed to this Deed and marked Plan Nos.DMC-03 and DMC-05 and certified as to their accuracy by or on behalf of the Authorized Person.
Residential Loading and Unloading Spaces means the spaces provided in accordance with Special Condition No. (47)(a)(i) of the Government Grant for the loading and unloading of goods vehicles in connection with the Residential Accommodation, which for the purposes of identification only are shown coloured Yellow Cross Hatched Black on the plans certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto as shown on the approved car park layout plan deposited under Special Condition No. (52) of the Government Grant;

  • Loading Space means an off-street space or berth on the same lot or parcel with a building or use, or contiguous to a group of buildings or uses, for the temporary parking of a vehicle while loading or unloading persons, merchandise or materials, and which space or berth abuts on a street, alley or other appropriate means of access.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Parking Spaces means spaces in or portions of the ground floor of the new building and also spaces in the open compound at the ground level of the premises for parking of motor cars, two wheelers and other vehicles permitted by the vendor.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Loading means the quantity of a specific substance present per unit of surface area, such as the amount of lead in micrograms contained in the dust collected from a certain surface area divided by the surface area in square feet or square meters.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Excavation zone means the volume containing the tank system and backfill material bounded by the ground surface, walls, and floor of the pit and trenches into which the UST system is placed at the time of installation.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Underground storage tank or “UST” means any one or combination of tanks (including underground pipes connected thereto) that is used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which (including the volume of underground pipes connected thereto) is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground.   • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Drainage system means one or more artificial ditches, tile drains or similar devices which collect surface runoff or groundwater and convey it to a point of discharge.
