Residential journeyman plumber means any person who is qualified and licensed other than a plumbing contractor to engage in or works at the actual installation, alteration, repair and/or renovation site of residential plumbing that is limited to the type and category of journeyman plumbing license for supervising and performing plumbing work for detached one or two-family dwellings and multiple single family dwellings (townhouses) not more than three stories in height with a separate means of egress as regulated by this Chapter.
