Residential Fees definition

Residential Fees has the meaning in clause 4.1 of this Agreement.
Residential Fees means the Residential Fees specified in the Admission Request as amended from time to time in accordance with the Residence Terms contained in Part 2 of this Agreement.

Examples of Residential Fees in a sentence

  • Fees for New Residential: Fees for all new single-family dwellings shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00).

  • Electricity, water and internet consumption are all included in your Residential Fees.

  • You have entered into a legally binding agreement and you are responsible for the payment of the Residential Fees under this agreement for the agreed term.

  • Please note if you are away over a rental instalment date, it is your responsibility to ensure that your Residential Fees have been prepaid.

  • Pay the Residential Fees by the due date and by the agreed method of payment.

  • To avoid any unnecessary removal of goods where it is thought that the apartment has been abandoned, please ensure that you attend to all Residential Fees payments prior to going on holiday.

  • If any Residential Fees are outstanding for more than three days, the resident’s proximity key may expire until the fee is paid in full.

  • If any Residential Fees are outstanding for more than three days, the resident’s swipe card may expire until the fee is paid in full.

  • You must pay the Licence Fee and associated charges in full on the due dates in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and as specified in the Pay Residential Fees section of SISWeb.

  • Where a resident believes that they cannot stay in the apartment or continue to pay the Residential Fees, they must notify UniLodge management in writing as soon as possible.


More Definitions of Residential Fees

Residential Fees means the residential fees outlined in the Residential Handbook, as amended from time to time.
Residential Fees means the fees for accommodation, meals and Laundry as outlined in the fee structure section of the Residential Handbook. It does not include the accommodation deposit and room bond. The time frame for payment of the accommodation deposit and room bond is outlined in the Residential Handbook.
Residential Fees means fees for accommodation at the Home and personal care (including any 1 to 1 Care but excluding any FNC/FPC Nursing Care) at the Home (as further described in clause 20), but does not include charges for Extras and charges for Lifestyle Supplements;
Residential Fees means the fees specified in Item 4 of the Residential Agreement. “Residential Period” means the period or periods of accommodation set out in Item 2 of the Residential Agreement.

Related to Residential Fees

  • Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.

  • Residential Zone means a zone earmarked for buildings exclusively designed for human habitation and in no case shall include its use in whole or a part thereof for any other purpose e.g commercial activities, school, institution, shop, office, clinic, beauty parlor, guest house, marriage center, gymnasium, tuition center, club activities, work-shop, store or godown etc. or for the purpose of political, religious and sectarian activities. It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Residential care home or “RCH” means a residential care home as defined and licensed under the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Ordinance (Cap. 459), or as defined and issued with a licence or certificate of exemption under the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Ordinance (Cap. 613), or the boarding section of a special school subvented under the Education Bureau, or the residential facilities of the Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) of Vocational Training Council, or a nursing home as referred to in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance (Cap. 165) which provides residential services for persons aged 60 or above in Hong Kong.

  • Residential Lot means a lot, the use of which is limited by law, covenant,

  • Residential Uses means lands, Buildings or structures or portions thereof used, or designed or intended for use as a home or residence of one or more individuals, and shall include Single Detached Dwelling, Semi-Detached Dwelling, Multiple Dwelling, Apartment Dwelling, and the residential portion of a mixed-use Building or structure;

  • Residential Project means a redevelopment project that is

  • Residential care means the provision of care on a 24-hour day basis.

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.

  • Residential area means land used as a permanent residence or domicile, such as a house, apartment, nursing home, school, child care facility or prison, land zoned for such uses, or land where no zoning is in place.

  • residential land means land used or capable of being used for residential purposes (but does not include land on which there is no residential dwelling).

  • Residential User means all dwelling units such as houses, buildings, mobile homes, apartments, permanent multi-family dwellings.

  • Residential facility means a home or facility that is licensed by the department of developmental disabilities under section 5123.19 of the Revised Code and in which a child with a developmental disability resides.

  • Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.

  • Residential customer means a customer who consumes gas solely for domestic use.

  • Residential child care facility means a twenty-four-hour residential facility where children live together with or are supervised by adults who are not their parents or relatives;

  • Residential care facility means an institution, residence, or facility that is licensed by the department of mental health under section 5119.22 of the Revised Code and that provides care for a child.

  • Residential contractor means a licensed contractor that holds an endorsement as a:

  • Residential housing or "Residence" means a single-family, owner-occupied dwelling located within the State that qualifies for financing by the Authority within the meaning of the Act, the Rules and Regulations, the Code and related regulations.

  • Residential use means the use in or around a home, apartment building, sleeping quarters, and similar facilities or accommodations.

  • Residential services means a complete range of residences

  • Residential Dwelling Any one of the following: (i) a detached one-family dwelling, (ii) a detached two- to four-family dwelling, (iii) a one-family dwelling unit in a Xxxxxx Xxx eligible condominium project, (iv) a manufactured home, or (v) a detached one-family dwelling in a planned unit development, none of which is a co-operative or mobile home.

  • Professional Fees means amounts billed or to be billed to a client for legal services provided or to be provided to the client by the lawyer or the lawyer’s firm;

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Legal Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(b) of the Subscription Agreement;
