Residential Erven definition

Residential Erven means Portions 1 to 11 of Erf 753 of Allens Nek Extension 29 Township and on which erven residential dwellings have been erected or will be erected and also includes consolidated erven and notarially tied erven on which single residential dwellings have been or will be erected, whether they are presently improved or unimproved and include all buildings
Residential Erven means the Single Residential Erven and the Group Housing Erven;
Residential Erven means every Erf in the Estate, which is in terms of the Estate subdivision, enjoys single residential use rights and shall include any additional residential erven which may be created and approved over and above the existing residential property erven depicted on the General Plan.

Examples of Residential Erven in a sentence

  • Where two or more Residential Erven have been consolidated, levies shall be payable in respect of each such Residential Erf as they existed prior to consolidation and as if such consolidation had not occurred.

  • For the duration of the Development Period or for so long as the Developer owns any of the Residential Erven, the Developer shall be a Member of the Association.

  • Members and all the Bodies Corporate will allow the Association or its employees access to their Residential Erven or common property of Bodies Corporate to install, maintain and operate such security systems.

  • Owners of Residential Erven or Bodies Corporate shall be obliged to link into the established security infrastructure provided by the Developer and be entitled to install only security systems such as access control systems, alarm systems, intercoms and close circuit video systems that are compatible and capable of being integrated with such systems of the Association and that have been approved by the Association in writing.

  • The Common Areas are intended for the use and benefit of both Erf Owners and Sectional Title Unit Owners notwithstanding the fact that the Common Areas will predominantly be situated on the Parent Property on which the Residential Erven are to be laid out.

  • Members are obliged to commence construction of dwellings on their respective Residential Erven within 3 (three) years from the commencement date and to complete construction of such dwellings within 1 (one) year of the date that the Member commences construction ("the completion date").

  • The Developer shall, however, for the duration of the Development Period, pay the difference between the actual expenses incurred by the Association (as referred to in clause 10.1 above) but excluding any provisions for a reserve fund, and the aggregate of the levies payable jointly by the Members who are registered owners of Residential Erven each month from time to time.

  • Substantial evidence means evidence that:

  • Residential care home or “RCH” means a residential care home as defined and licensed under the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Ordinance (Cap. 459), or as defined and issued with a licence or certificate of exemption under the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Ordinance (Cap. 613), or the boarding section of a special school subvented under the Education Bureau, or the residential facilities of the Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) of Vocational Training Council, or a nursing home as referred to in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance (Cap. 165) which provides residential services for persons aged 60 or above in Hong Kong.

  • Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.

  • Residential service means water service provided for domestic or irrigation purposes in a residential area and is not considered a commercial service.

  • Modular home means a modular unit as defined in Section 15A-1-302.

  • Residential district means an area of a municipality where 75% or more of the area is zoned for residential housing.

  • Electric personal assistive mobility device means a self-balancing two-nontandem-wheeled device

  • Residential waste means any refuse generated on the premises as a result of residential activities. The term includes landscape waste grown on the premises or deposited thereon by the elements, but excludes garbage, tires, trade wastes and any locally recyclable goods or plastics.

  • Presidential elector means an elector for President and Vice President of the United States;

  • residential land means land used or capable of being used for residential purposes (but does not include land on which there is no residential dwelling).

  • Residential User means all dwelling units such as houses, buildings, mobile homes, apartments, permanent multi-family dwellings.

  • Section 385 Controlled Partnership has the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.385-1(c)(1) for a “controlled partnership”.

A student may use the residential address of a legal guardian, person having legal, lawful control of the student under order of a court, or person standing in loco parentis only if the student resides at the same residential address and if the guardianship or other legal authority is not granted solely for educational needs or school attendance purposes.

  • Natural area means an area of the rural or non-urban environment which is in an unspoilt natural state or is of high scenic value, and includes, but is not limited to, national parks, game reserves, nature reserves, marine reserves, wilderness areas, areas of extensive agriculture and scenic areas;

  • Community Developmental Disability Program (CDDP means an entity that is responsible for planning and delivery of services for individuals with developmental disabilities in a specific geographic service area of the state operated by or under a contract with the Division or a local mental health authority.
