Pets and other animals are prohibited in the residence halls or Arlington Park Apartments except as approved by or registered with the University’s Disability Resource Centers as Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals, or by specific written agreement through the Pet Friendly Residential Connection.
The City has established an ordinance requiring an Applicant for a building permit to pay an impact fee for each Equivalent Residential Connection (“ERC”) necessary for the Applicant’s proposed building project of a residential dwelling, (hereinafter referred to as the “Ordinance”).

Each installation of Residential Connection must be completed within four Business Days following receipt of all necessary permissions and consents required by Law (excluding road opening notices) (or such later date as agreed between the Service Provider and the relevant End User).
