Residential Caregiver definition

Residential Caregiver has the meaning as set out in the Code.
Residential Caregiver has the meaning as set out in the Code. School means the school referred in the annexed Application Form. Student means the student referred to in the annexed Application Form. Termination means termination of the Agreement and includes termination by the School expelling or excluding the Student.
Residential Caregiver means homestay carer or designated carer or, in the case of temporary accommodation, a supervisor.

  • Residential Caregiver means the person responsible for the Student at the Accommodation.

  • The Student shall seek specific written consent from the School before the Student, being a Student of any age, participates in any activities while in the care of the Student’s Homestay or Residential Caregiver (where applicable) which are considered to be adventure activities or extreme sports.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, the Parents provide consent to the Student’s Homestay or Residential Caregiver (where applicable) for the Student to undertake supervised leisure travel and overnight stays within New Zealand for a period of not more than seven days where the leisure travel or stay does not involve the Student participating in any adventure activities or extreme sports or result in the Student missing any scheduled school days.

  • The Parents irrevocably authorise the principal of the School to advise the Residential Caregiver (whether or not arranged through the school) of all matters and information required to be provided to the Parents and agree to appoint the Residential Caregiver in New Zealand to receive such information in substitution for the Parents.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, this Agreement is deemed to be written consent for leisure travel or stays organised and supervised by the Student’s Homestay or Residential Caregiver (where applicable) where the travel is within New Zealand for a period of not more than seven days and does not result in the Student missing any scheduled school days.

  • This may include, without limitation, regular check- ins with both the Student and the Residential Caregiver.

Period of Enrolment means any period for which Fees are paid and for the purpose of this Agreement the enrolment of the Student begins on the course start date stated in the Student’s Offer of Place and ends on the course end date stated in the Student’s Offer of Place, or on such earlier date as the parties agree or the School terminates the Agreement pursuant to clause 24 or 26 of the Agreement.

Residential Caregiver means a caregiver resident as a service tenant on the school site. In addition to the provision of accommodation their employment conditions are likely to be characterised by broader employer obligations than are recognised in this agreement. Note: At the date of this agreement coming into force such arrangements exist at XxXxxxxx. Where a school is looking to subsequently introduce or extend this concept, consultation shall occur with NZPSA.

Related to Residential Caregiver

  • Residential care means the provision of care on a 24-hour day basis.

  • Residential care facility means an institution, residence, or facility that is licensed by the department of mental health under section 5119.22 of the Revised Code and that provides care for a child.

  • Primary caregiver or "caregiver" means a resident of the State

  • Caregiver means an individual employed for the purpose of providing assistance with activities of daily living to the Insured or to the Insured’s Family Member who has a physical or mental impairment. The caregiver must be employed by the Insured or the Insured’s Family Member. A caregiver is not a babysitter; childcare service, facility or provider; or persons employed by any service, provider or facility to supply assisted living.

  • Residential child care facility means a twenty-four-hour residential facility where children live together with or are supervised by adults who are not their parents or relatives;

  • Designated caregiver has the meaning as set out in the Code. Disciplinary Action includes termination of this Agreement and suspension, expulsion and exclusion of the Student as those terms are defined in the Act. Fee means fees payable by the Parents to the School as per the Fee Schedule. Fee Schedule means the schedule of fees for Tuition, Accommodation and miscellaneous charges, which is available from the School on request and may be updated from time to time. Homestay has the meaning as set out in the Code.

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.

  • Residential services means a complete range of residences

  • Residential service means water service provided for domestic or irrigation purposes in a residential area and is not considered a commercial service.

  • Residential contractor means a licensed contractor that holds an endorsement as a:

  • Resident physician means a physician enrolled in an internship, residency or fellowship.

  • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.

  • Residential area means land used as a permanent residence or domicile, such as a house, apartment, nursing home, school, child care facility or prison, land zoned for such uses, or land where no zoning is in place.

  • Child in need of services means (i) a child whose behavior, conduct or condition presents or results

  • Residential facility means a facility licensed under section 5123.19 of the Revised Code.
