Resident Portal definition

Resident Portal means the website or web page which provides access to the Management Company’s online booking (contracting) system for student accommodation through which the Tenant may apply for accommodation and conclude a tenancy agreement.
Resident Portal means the password-protected webpage that includes the Resident Portal, Guest Authorization, and Document Library. The Resident Portal is accessed through the COA website at www.landfall.org.

  • Rent may be paid by check or credit card at the on-site property manager’s office, online on the Resident Portal, in the drop slot at the community centers front door, but the Lessor reserves the right to require that rent be paid in a single check rather than multiple checks, or in the form of a cashier’s check, certified check or money order.

  • Resident can change and manage this information in the Resident Portal Account.

  • Changes to this information can be maintained in your Resident Portal Account.

  • In the event that Tenant submits more than one item that is returned for non-sufficient funds, Landlord may, at its option, require Tenant to pay all future Rent by certified funds through the Resident Portal.

  • All payments must be made via the internet through Landlord’s Resident Portal.

  • Payments will be considered received based on the time received in the Landlord’s Resident Portal system.

  • Tenant and Guarantor acknowledge Landlord will not waive late fees for any payments due to failure of such parties understanding how to submit payments through the Resident Portal and therefore Tenant and Guarantor are encouraged to be familiar with the Resident Portal prior to the date the first Rent payment is due.

Related to Resident Portal

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Resident Business or “Resident Contractor” means an entity that has a valid resident certificate issued by the NM Taxation and Revenue Department pursuant to Section 13-1-22 NMSA 1978.

  • Resident physician means a physician enrolled in an internship, residency or fellowship.

  • Residential Zone means a zone earmarked for buildings exclusively designed for human habitation and in no case shall include its use in whole or a part thereof for any other purpose e.g commercial activities, school, institution, shop, office, clinic, beauty parlor, guest house, marriage center, gymnasium, tuition center, club activities, work-shop, store or godown etc. or for the purpose of political, religious and sectarian activities. It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • Resident Manager means an employee of a licensee, approved by the Department, who resides in an adult foster home, and is directly responsible for the care and services to support individuals on a day-to-day basis.

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • business vertical means a distinguishable component of an enterprise that is engaged in the supply of individual goods or services or a group of related goods or services which is subject to risks and returns that are different from those of the other business verticals.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Resident Partner means a partner who is a resident individual, a resident estate, a resident trust or a resident corporation. "Nonresident partner" means a partner other than a resident partner;

  • Emergency medical services personnel means that term as defined in section 20904 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20904.

  • Ambulance service provider means Latrobe Health Services recognises the following providers for the purposes of paying benefits:

  • Resident school district means the public school district in which the student resides.

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Resident bidder means a bidder that has paid unemployment taxes or income taxes in this state during the 12 calendar months immediately preceding submission of the bid, has a business address in this state and has stated in the bid whether the bidder is a “resident bidder” under this paragraph.

  • Human service zone means a county or consolidated group of counties administering human services within a designated area in accordance with an agreement or plan approved by the department.

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.
