Resident Deposits definition

Resident Deposits. All deposits or advances of any kind or nature from any resident of any Facility.
Resident Deposits means a deposit, initial service fee, entrance fee and/or advance of any kind or nature from any Resident in connection with the terms of any Residence Agreement.

Resident Deposits means any refundable entrance fee deposits, reservation fee deposits, purchase price deposits or other similar deposits made by residents under Resident Agreements on or prior to the Closing Date.
