Examples of Resident in a sentence
The Resident will vacate his/her room within twenty-four (24) hours after termination of this agreement, loss of student status (graduating, transferring to another school, suspension, and withdrawal), after his/her final examination of the semester, or according to the Schedule of Occupancy.
The Resident further agrees to honor the terms and conditions stated in this contract.
The Resident agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System, and its officers, employees and agents, from any and all liability, including claims, demands, costs, damages, and expenses of every kind and description (including death), or damages to persons or property belonging to the Resident, including property which may be lost, stolen or damaged in any way, wherever that may occur on the premises of the University, including storage facilities.
This document constitutes an offer by the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, hereinafter referred to as the University, to contract with the Student hereinafter referred to as the Resident, for housing facilities and dining services.
The Resident also agrees to observe all rules and regulations of the Department of Residence Life and the Department of University Dining, which are by reference a part of this contract.
