Residency Permit definition

Residency Permit means the permission granted to a Non-Citizen to Reside on We Wai Kai Lands pursuant to the Application process set out at article 8;
Residency Permit means a renewable Work Visa, of 5 (five) years or longer linked to the Company and affording the Investor the right to reside and work for the Company in Namibia, issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration;
Residency Permit means that written permit given by the Membership Board authorizing an Applicant to reside on the Territory of Akwesasne;

More Definitions of Residency Permit

Residency Permit means a Temporary Residency Permit, or Permanent Residency Permit, or other Residency Permit as provided for in the Residency and Matrimonial Property Act; a person who is a Sawridge Lands Resident in accordance with the Residency and Matrimonial Property Act is deemed to have a Residency Permit while such person continues to be a Sawridge Lands Resident in accordance with that Act.

  • Occupancy Permit means a document authorizing the use of a development undertaken in accordance with a development permit issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;

  • Emergency permit means a permit issued to a physician currently licensed in another state, authorizing the physician to practice in this state for the duration of a specific medical emergency, not to exceed thirty (30) days;

  • residence permit means a permit of any type issued by Armenia or one of the Member States entitling a person to reside on its territory. This shall not include temporary permissions to remain on its territory in connection with the processing of an asylum application or an application for a residence permit;

  • UCC Filing Authorization Letter means a letter duly executed by each Loan Party authorizing the Agent to file appropriate financing statements on Form UCC-1 without the signature of such Loan Party in such office or offices as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the Agent, desirable to perfect the security interests purported to be created by each Security Agreement, each Pledge Agreement and each Mortgage.

  • Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.
