Residence Grounds definition

Residence Grounds means the external areas of the Accommodation which are owned by us including (but not limited to) any car parks, roads, gardens or landscaping which adjoin the Residence;

Examples of Residence Grounds in a sentence

  • You must not keep any animal, bird, reptile, insect or fish in the Residence or within the Residence Grounds.

  • You must not keep any animal, bird, reptile, insect or fish at the Accommodation or in the Residence or within the Residence Grounds.

  • You are responsible for the behaviour, in the Accommodation, the Residence, the Residence Grounds and the local neighbourhood surrounding the Residence and Residence Grounds, of any invited guest (whether the invitation is express or implied).

  • By Accepting this Contract, you enter into a legally binding contract with us, which, for the Period of Residence and subject to the terms of this Contract, gives you the right to live in the Accommodation and to use the Communal Areas and the Residence Grounds provided that you pay the Accommodation Fee.

  • We will keep the Residence Grounds and Footpaths tidy and, as far as is reasonably practicable, free from waste or litter.

  • You agree that you will not leave any personal belongings or other obstacle in the Communal Areas or the Residence Grounds and you will not make dirty or untidy the Communal Areas or the Residence Grounds.

  • You also agree not to interfere with any fixtures, fittings, furniture or equipment, electrical, plumbing or telecommunications installation in the Accommodation, the Communal Areas any other part of the Residence or the Residence Grounds.

  • Not engaging in behaviour likely to cause injury or impair safety in the Accommodation, Residence or Residence Grounds.

  • This includes not removing any articles from the Accommodation, Residence or Residence Grounds belonging to staff or contractors, not damaging the belongings of others, not taking or using other residents' possessions without permission and respecting the privacy of others; Not smoking or vaping in the Accommodation or the Residence within 2 metres of any door or window otherwise this will be a breach of Accommodation & Commercial Services Smoke Free Policy.

  • You must not keep any animal, bird, reptile, insect or fish at the Accommodation or within the Residence Grounds.

  • Residence Employee means a person employed by you to perform duties in connection with the maintenance or use of the insured premises. This includes persons who perform household or domestic services or duties of a similar nature for you. This does not include persons while performing duties in connection with your business.

  • Residence in foreclosure or “affected residence” means residential real property consisting of one to four family dwelling units, one of which the owner occupies as the owner’s principal place of residence, where a delinquency or default on any loan payment or debt is secured by or attached to the residential real property including but not limited to contract for deed payments, real estate contracts, or real estate taxes.

  • Community location means a public or private elementary or secondary school, a church, a public library, a public playground, or a public park.

  • Senior citizen center means a facility having the primary purpose of providing services to the aged as defined in Section 62A-3-101.

  • Residential real property means real property improved by a one to four family dwelling used or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, wholly or partly, as the home or residence of one or more persons, but shall not refer to (a) unimproved real property upon which such dwellings are to be constructed or (b) condominium units or cooperative apartments or (c) property on a homeowners’ association that is not owned in fee simple by the seller.

  • School grounds means in, or on the grounds of, a school.

  • Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;
