Residence Fee definition

Residence Fee means the charges payable for Your occupation of the Accommodation as stated in the Agreement Summary.
Residence Fee means the licence charge payable as stated in the online room offer / acceptance process or paper offer letter (if the online process is not used), in respect of the Student's Residence in the Accommodation and which is payable by the Student to the University during the Period of Letting. The Residence fee is payable in advance, either in full on the 9th October 2020 or by three equal instalments on the on 9th October 2020, 15th January 2021 and 7th May 2021. Fees are detailed in the room offer of Accommodation and (for first years) on our website at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/accommodation-and-winchester-life/accommodation/costs/ Catering Licence Fee means the Licence charge of £66.50 per week which is payable by the Student (if allocated to catered Accommodation). This sum is included in the total quoted residence fee given in the online room offer / acceptance process or paper offer letter (if the online process is not used). Fees are detailed in the room offer of Accommodation and on our website at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/accommodation-and-winchester-life/accommodation/costs/ Christmas Vacation Retainer means the Licence charge of £192.40 which is payable by the Student (if allocated to catered Accommodation) to the University for keeping the Accommodation available for the Student for the period from 12th December 2020 to the 7th January 2021. This amount is included in the total figure given in the online room offer / acceptance process or paper offer letter (if the online process is not used). Fees are detailed in the room offer of Accommodation and on our website at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/accommodation-and-winchester-life/accommodation/costs/ Arrivals Retainer means the period of 12th September to 15th September where student residents are not charged for their accommodation. The charges for accommodation for all students will commence on 16th September 2020. Period of Letting means the period granted by this Agreement starting and ending on the dates stated in the online room offer / acceptance process or paper offer letter (if the online process is not used). Regulations means the Student Residence Regulations issued by the University in June 2020 and amended from time to time.

Examples of Residence Fee in a sentence

  • The Resident must not occupy the Room beyond the Term, except where the Manager has agreed to extend the Term and, on such terms, and at such further Residence Fee as determined by the Manager.

  • The Residence Fee is to be paid in full on the relevant instalment date and the Resident must remain at least one instalment in advance at all times.

  • The Resident must pay to the Manager the Residence Fee for the Room as set out in the Schedule.

  • Residence Fee refunds will be based on the refund and forfeiture policies outlined below.

  • In this situation, Residence Fee payment(s) processed through the University’s online payment process or otherwise shall not be effective to create any new or continued right of occupation unless such right of occupation and receipt of payment are expressly acknowledged by the Director, Residence Services.

  • Residence Fee payments shall be deemed overdue 14 days after the due date and the Licencee will be issued with a Notice to Vacate unless payment is made.

  • Please note that the advance payment will be deducted from Instalment One of the Residence Fee.

  • Entrance fee means money paid in a lump sum or installments or property transferred pursuant to a continuing care agreement before initiation of continuing care for 1 or more individuals and that confers the right to the continuing care.

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Residence district means the territory contiguous to a highway, not comprising a business district,

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.
