Resettlement Policy Framework definition

Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the resettlement policy framework adopted by the Recipient on January 20, 2011, setting forth, inter alia, a brief description of the Project and components for which land acquisition and Resettlement are required, the principles and objectives governing Resettlement preparation and implementation, and a description of the process for preparing and approving site-specific Resettlement Action Plans.

Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF”means the Recipient’s document, dated July 2005, setting forth, inter alia, guidelines, procedures, timetables and other specifications of the resettlement to be carried out and / or compensation to be made under the Project to Affected Persons and referred to in Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Resettlement Policy Framework and “RPF” means the Recipient’ framework dated July 2009, as the said framework may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time with the prior written approval of the World Bank, defining the principles governing any land acquisition or land use or access restriction, resettlement, compensation and livelihood improvement or restoration associated with the implementation of Project activities, together with adequate institutional, monitoring and reporting arrangements capable of ensuring proper implementation of, and regular feedback on compliance with, the said framework’s terms.

Resettlement Policy Framework means the Recipient’s framework, dated July 2009, agreed with the Association and setting out the arrangements, including related compensation measures, to be applied in the event of the physical or economic displacement of persons affected by activities to be implemented under the Project, as the same may be modified from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association, and such term includes any schedules or annexes to such Framework.

Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the framework, dated October 2004, agreed with the Association for the resettlement and compensation of persons affected by potential changes in land use associated with activities to be implemented under the Project;

Resettlement Policy Framework means the resettlement policy framework prepared and disclosed by the Project Implementing Entity on January 25, 2011, pursuant to paragraph 8 of Section I.A of Schedule 2 to this Agreement defining the modalities for acquiring and allocating land, resettlement and rehabilitation of displaced persons.

Resettlement Policy Framework and “RPF” mean the policy framework for the resettlement of persons potentially displaced on account of Project implementation, to be prepared by the Recipient, satisfactory to the Association, as further referred to in paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

Resettlement Policy Framework or “ RPF” means the Resettlement Policy Framework of the Recipient dated June 26, 2009, and disclosed at the World Bank’s Infoshop on July 1, 2009, outlining the policies and procedures to be implemented in the event that specific activities implemented under the Project have potentially negative impacts on the livelihoods, assets and land of the affected population, as the said framework may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time with the prior written consent of the World Bank, and such term includes any schedules to such document.

Resettlement Policy Framework means a document adopted by the Borrower which sets forth policies and procedures to be followed in case of land acquisition and/or resettlement which might be required for carrying out of a Sub-project, including the requirements for preparation of land acquisition plans or resettlement action plans; and such document constitutes an integral part of the Operational Manual.

Resettlement Policy Framework or "RPF" means the Resettlement Policy Framework, dated January 18, 2002, issued by the Borrower, and describing a program of actions, measures and policies designed to avoid or minimize any adverse impact or hardship to PAPs as a result of Part A through E of the Project or, if such adverse impact or hardship cannot be avoided altogether, provide for the compensation and resettlement of such PAPs as may be appropriate;
