Reset Rate Notes definition

Reset Rate Notes means the Class A-6 Notes.
Reset Rate Notes means the Class A-5a Notes (unless the Class A-5a Notes have been reset to bear interest at an Auction Rate pursuant to Section 2.01(f) of Appendix A hereto).
Reset Rate Notes means the Class A-[·] Notes.

More Definitions of Reset Rate Notes

Reset Rate Notes means notes on which the interest rate or the mechanism for establishing such interest rate is periodically adjusted as specified in the Supplemental Indenture providing for the issuance thereof.

  • Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-2b Notes.

  • Fixed Rate Note means any Class A-1 Note, Class A-2a Note, Class A-3 Note or Class A-4 Note.

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • Reset Rate means, in connection with each Remarketing, the rate per annum (as determined by the Remarketing Agent(s) in consultation with the Company pursuant to the Remarketing Agreement) rounded to the nearest one thousandth (0.001) of one percent that the Notes shall bear.

  • 2023 Notes means the 6 7/8% Notes due 2023 issued by NTL pursuant to the 1988 Indenture.

  • Interest Rate Cap means any interest rate cap transaction entered into pursuant to the Agreement between Party A and Party B as evidenced by a Confirmation;

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Coupon Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8.

  • Floating Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in clause (d)(1) of Section 2.02 of this Supplemental Indenture.

  • Annual Interest Rate in accordance with the rate applicable to the equal instalment financing plan in effect on the conversion date, up to a maximum of 19.90%.
